Return, Refund, Cancelation Policy

Since Forgebees provides service-based solutions (IT & HVAC), our refund policy is tailored accordingly.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved if:

• The service was not delivered
• You cancel before technician assignment
• You were charged incorrectly

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Service has already been completed
• Technician visited the site
• Customer provided incorrect information
• Issue is beyond our scope but technician used time/material

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel before a technician is assigned → 100% refund
• After assignment → cancellation charges may apply

2. Cancellation by Forgebees

We may cancel service due to:

• Safety risks
• Incorrect information
• Non-availability of technicians
  In such cases, a full refund is issued.
