FORGEBEES (“ForgeBees”, “we”) operates the ExpenseFlow app.

What we collect

• Account: email and login details
• Profile: name and optional photo/address
• App data you enter: expenses, bills, workspaces, team invites, exports
• Subscription: plan type, trial/expiry dates, promo use
• Basic device/app info needed to run the app

How we use it
Only to provide the app, manage subscriptions, send bill reminders you enable, fix problems, and respond to support.

Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run the app (cloud hosting/database, app store payments, and subscription verification). They may only use data to provide these services.

Retention
We keep data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove it within a reasonable time, except where law requires keeping some records.

Your choices
You can access, correct, export (CSV in app), or delete your account. Contact info@forgebees.com.

Children
Not for users under 13.
