Trial, Solo, and Business — features are shown in the app.
Billing
Yearly subscription. Payment is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your card details.
Auto-renewal
Renews each year unless you cancel before the renewal date in your store account.
Cancel
- iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ExpenseFlow → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → ExpenseFlow → Cancel
Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds for verified issues are calculated pro-rata: what you paid, divided by 12 months, times the months remaining from the issue date. Free and trial users are not charged and are not eligible for payment refunds.
Promo codes
Subject to expiry, plan, region, and usage limits shown in the app.

How
- App → Profile → Settings → Help → Delete my account
- Email to (info@forgebees.com) from your registered email with subject “Delete my account”
We process requests within 30 days.
Note
Cancel your Apple/Google subscription separately to stop future charges.
