By using ExpenseFlow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the app
You must be 13+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and the data you enter.

Your data
You own your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app.

Do not
Break the law, access others’ data, abuse the service, or bypass subscription limits.

Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Apple or Google. See our Subscription Terms. We may change features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” It is a record-keeping tool, not financial or tax advice.

Limitation

We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or business interruption). For paid subscribers, any money we owe because of a verified service issue is handled under Subscriptions, issues, and refunds above (unused months only).

For free or trial use, no payment-based refund or credit applies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending use
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Refund remaining months only for verified issues (your pro‑rata rule) or store-approved refunds — not for voluntary account deletion.

Governed by the laws of India.
